    Heather,

    At UC Health we do allow Volunteers and employees to have exemptions for religious purposes.  They have to turn in a valid completed form, just as they would if they were allergic to a Flu Shot.  We treat volunteers just as an employee when it comes to compliance with the Flu.

    Looking for information regarding flu policy for volunteers and employees.  If flu vaccines are required...does your organization accept religious exemption requests from employees?  If you do, are religious exemption requests accepted from volunteers as well?  If accepted for employees but not volunteers, have you looked into the legality of differentiating?
