This session will be facilitated by OHVMA’s Education Committee.  Topics to be discussed include:

1.)    How do you plan to integrate the concepts and ideas from the 2021 OHVMA Annual Conference? (i.e. Partner with Patient Experience to develop a patient-centered culture into your volunteer program? Develop a volunteer program with empathy as a core concept? Develop a plan for how your volunteer program can meet the needs of what patient’s value in today’s new era of healthcare?)

2.)    General volunteer program updates from across the state.

3.)    Planning updates for 2022; i.e. new volunteer programs, new concepts and/or ideas, changes to current programs, teen program for summer 2022?
