Description:  What better way to learn and share information than from your peers!  Some of our most experienced OHVMA members will answer questions relating to your role as a DVS.  They'll share tips, tricks and success stories.  We're all about networking and NOT re-inventing the wheel! 

Renee Chaskel, Gift Shop Supervisor for the Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, OH will lead the Gift Shop breakout session.  Renee has over 15 years of retail and hospital gift shop experience.  She'll answer your questions, provide some of her own creative ideas and merchandising techniques.  You won't want to miss her contagious passion for all things hospital gift shop!
