Hello, 

   Does anyone - before or during this past year--use volunteers in physician practice facilities?   Firelands is building an all inclusive building for our physician practices which will also include radiology and a lab.   I am being asked to see how volunteers could play a role with information, wayfinding, etc.   Looking for any ideas, logistics, experiences, etc. from any of you -- thank you!
